The Assembly Department at Bogense Plast can deliver total solutions, which include complete products and systems. The Department has an area of 1000 m2 at its disposal, with flexible and mobile assembly stations installed, which enable us to adapt the assembly to new requests and needs.
Our control systems and warehouses enable us to offer complete logistics solutions, where we manage the entire process, from receipt of the order to the production, assembly, packaging, and shipping.
Several of our assembly stations are equipped with Telsonic ultrasonic welders, which enable us to weld together different metals and plastics, such as in Siemens terminal boxes.
Other stations are equipped with mounting presses, which enable us to mount ”semi-finished products” that require extra power, such as these busbars for Danfoss:
Our Assembly Department is also able to package the finished products in the customer's own packaging design. This means that we can deliver directly to distribution warehouses or even directly to the stores at the customer's request.
